- We are looking for a dynamic sales executive to join our sales team. Sales leaders promote developments and services to clients and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximizing profits.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Finding agents and offering ongoing instruction in the sales of insurance policies.
- Achieving the goals set while preserving good communication with clients and agents.
- Agent monitoring, being activated, and authorization.
- Assuming the role of a problem solver and taking initiative to address problems and inquiries.
- Arrange for the trainings on regulatory matters.
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly gatherings with business partners.
- A monthly establishing targets and income exercise.
