Assistant Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for Assistant sales Manager who will be responsible for resolving customers' complaints and issues in a professional manner.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
- Meeting the sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
- Building relationships with the old and existing customers.
- Attending meetings and daily standups.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
- Ensuring the store is well stocked and restocking them as and when required.
- Making sure the store is clean and tidy all the time.
- Identify opportunities to sell additional policies to existing customers and upsell to higher-value policies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competition.
- Keep track of sales activities, customer interactions, and customer feedback and report them to the management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile :
Education : Bachelor's degree in any stream
Experience : Minimum 2 year experience in sales or marketing
Age : Between 23 - 38 years
