Assistant Relationship Manager - Sales - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
In this role - the company will provide you the leads of potential customers who are willing to buy investment products through us. Assistant Relationship Managers are responsible to close those leads by providing a customer's financial requirements.
Job Roles and Responsibilities :
- 100% of Potential Customer leads will be assigned by the branches as per the geography
- Cold Calling those customer leads and fix the appointment with them to advise the products
- Provide a pre and post-sales support to prospective consumers
- Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with customers and clients
- Regularly visit a customers place or office to advise new products and offer
- Generate a maximum business through existing and interested customers
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Graduation in any stream required
- Proven work experience of 2 to 4 Years in sales and marketing of Banking/Finance/Insurance or - Investment Sectors
- Excellent Communication & Presentations Skills
- Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
- Goal-Oriented - Ability to Advise and resolve the issue
