We are looking Assistant Relationship Manager for multinational leading life insurance company

Candidate Requirement :
Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
1 year of experience in insurance is preferable
Age: 25 to 38 years.

Roles of Assistant Relationship Manager :
- To generate growth and hit goals for sales, efficiently manage the sales force.
- Put together a team of sales representatives and hire, train, and manage them.
- Hiring potential financial leaders and advisors.
- Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements.
- Ensuring business hygiene standards, in face of business pressure.
- Ensuring the planned spread of business across diverse product lines of the company.
- Concentrate on potential for cross-selling and upselling.
- Control the closure processes for the month and the year.
- Outreach in the field to as many clients as possible.
- Convince the customer to buy your products or services.
