Assistant Relationship Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist the Relationship Managers with the various administrative tasks related to client portfolios, ensuring that all documentation and client files are maintained current in accordance with Suncorp's policies and guidelines.
- Acquire and assess financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and other complex financial documents, providing accurate assessments.
- Ascertain and attend to client requirements that may not come within the scope of your role. Referring customers to Suncorp's reputable network of bankers, general insurers, commercial insurers, and life insurance experts is one approach to achieve this.
- Assist the District Manager or Relationship Managers in finishing the deposit funding and credit proposal documents that you draft.
- Make relationships with middlemen like accountants and attorneys, and ensure that any suggestions are sent to the regional manager of business customers.
