Assistant Product Manager - Pharma (2-5 yrs)
Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- To ensure the timely development of promotional mix
- Monitoring the implementation of various strategies
- To evaluate newer opportunities for Current and Future Product Portfolio
- Sales analysis & forecasting.
- Manage Perf. and Deliver Growth of existing product basket
- Studying different Mkt / TAs & Geographies to identify attractive molecules on continuous basis
- Developing mktg. plan and strategies for new and existing products
- Launching brands - new as well as from pipeline
- Maintaining regular interface with KOLs and KAs
- Conducting various brand and bond building activities involving KOLs & KAs
- Desired Candidate Profile We are looking out for candidates having 2 - 5 years of experience handling multispecialty/Nephro/Uro/gastro/cardio/ortho therapy or in relevant Ayurveda Pharmaceutical company.
- Candidates having Field sales experience will be preferred.
