Tasks & Responsibilities :
- To generate orders
- Identify Customers in IHB Segment
- Meet individual house owners, related contractors, architects, consultants connected to building segment
- Knowhow benefits of RMC v/s site mix concrete
- Prepare and provide quotation
- Win orders for IHB, with advance payment terms (If applicable)
- Achieve low credit period and timely collections
- Collect advance payment
- Oversee the customers sites during supply of concrete
- Gather market information of other segments and pass on to sales head
- Collect customer / competitor information
- Prepare report in prescribed format
- Provide technical information to customers
