- Building a sustainable Sales pipeline
- Relationship Management with Clients
- Building strong network within Insurers / TPA
- Representing Howden among corporates, making effective presentations
- Collaborating with team to support the regions achieve the target numbers

Education & Experience
- Corporate Sales Experience 5 - 15 years
- Good network with local / global corporate clients and excellent relations with Insurance partners
- Graduate OR MBA degree with Marketing preferred
- Target Organization: Marsh, Aon Global, Willis Towers Watson Insurance Broking, Pioneer, Aditya Birla, Unison, Alliance, Prudent, Unison . ( ICICI Lombard, HDFC Ergo to be targeted in case of general insurance )
- Products or Line of Business handled : Employee Benefits, Property, Liability, Construction, Marine.
