Assistant Manager - Training - Men's Apparel Business (3-8 yrs)
We have an urgent opening with our client which is leading brand in Men's apparels in India.
Key responsibilities :
1. Responsible for managing training programs for RTW and MTM operations.
2. Preferably from apparel/retail background
3. Develops, establishes and implements training programs to increase the efficiency of the operations.
4. Will be responsible for induction and functional training for all the employees joining in the circle.
5. Handling training analytics - audit report, training dashboard, training announcement etc.
6. Responsible to deliver all the types of training such as seasonal, refresher and on the job training.
Other attributes :
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Excel in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
3. Fluency in regional language is desirable
4. Good presentation, coaching and mentoring skills
5. Flexibility in working conditions/ ready to travel
6. Certification on train the trainer
7. Currently associated with training dept. And minimum 2 years of training experience
Reporting to: manager learning & development
Eligibility
Graduate
3 - 8 years of retail experience.
Min 2 years of training experience
Age 24 - 33 years
