Brief Description of the Role: Ensure availability of infrastructure, numbers & quality, required to sell, collect and grow share in the geography covered by a distributor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align distributor with Sales Plan and resources required i.e. manpower, investment, etc.
- Create means to track real time availability of resources against these expectations
- Meet targets for customer acquisition share, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
Help delivery of plan by:
- Creating dealer expansion plans and training the teams.
- Coaching, training & evaluating to build a high performing DSR team.
- Ensuring availability of STBs, EVD and vouchers in all denominations at all times
- Meeting with key dealers to maintain relations and others to gather and convey trade/customer/competition feedback.
- Ensure visibility of brand and its latest promotions through best utilization of POS material through merchandisers.
Educational Background : Graduate from a premier local institute with at least one extra curricular interest in which he should have displayed proficiency.
Work Experience : At least 2-7 yrs as a front-line channel salesman in Consumer Durables/ DTH/ FMCG/ Telecom industry.
Must Have : Good computer literacy skills, willingness to relocate within home state.
