- Making Outbound calls on a daily basis to the customers and understanding their actual requirements and budget for Commercial/ Residential Property.
- Managing leads from various sources and generating potential customers to various project sales teams.
- To help the sales team qualify leads.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to Detail.
- Handling customer queries.
- Doing Pre-sales Calls.
- Solving pre and post-sales queries of the customers.
- Attending inbound calls and solving property-related queries of the customers.
- Doing outbound sales calls to hot leads.
- Explaining clients about real estate properties
- Giving property consultation to the client.
