Job Description :

- We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager for our outbound sales process catering to CSB Bank at our Chennai location.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales agents, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead and supervise a team of outbound sales agents, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize customer acquisition and revenue generation for CSB Bank products and services.

3. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.

4. Monitor sales activities, call quality, and adherence to compliance standards to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.

6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.

7. Stay updated on CSB Bank products, services, and industry regulations to provide accurate information and support to sales team members.

8. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and action plans to senior management.
