Assistant Manager/ Team Lead - Customer care ( Audio Products ) @ Gurgaon, India

Our client is one of the fastest growing Consumer Electronics Organizations in India. They own 2 International audio brands and one home grown brand. It's a young and professionally managed organization with all major e-commerce and retail channels as their key customers. They need to fill the following position asap.

Position : Assistant Manager/ Team Lead - Customer care ( Audio Products )

Location : Gurgaon

Education : Regular B.Tech/ BCA/ MBA. Correpondence courses not being considered.

Experience : 3 - 7 years

Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

1. Candidate will take care of all Inbound & Outbound customer phone calls and mails to solve their issues. Must have good experience in handling customer reviews over portals. 


- Must handle all customer grievances and provide them a solution. Should be confident enough to not only solve but also convince customer to rate us on the portals.


- Tracking of various social media pages and ensure to revert to the customer who reaches us through them. 


- Own the specific product line and ensure its ratings and reviews are maintained above desired levels. Competent in working with cross functional domains ( Warehouse - Finance - Logistics ) to get the reverse pick up done from the customer end and then with the warehouse team to ensure the product returns within the TAT. 


- Learning basic operational know-how of products to solve queries over the phone itself. Hands on experience of working on any of the CRM software. Work closely with service team to understand & intimate the customer about issues.

2. Candidate should have good Oral & Written Communication Skills to interact with customers. Written English skills are important. Hands on experience in customer care department. Preferably someone from technical background ( B.Tech/ BCA/ MBA ). Only regular education is acceptable and no correspondence courses will qualify. Preferred sectors - Consumer Electronics, IT, BPOs. Must be staying in Gurgaon. 


- Outstation candidates who are ready to relocate to Gurgaon will also be considered. Would prefer 3-7 years of relevant experience. Excellent Communication skill is mandatory. Having own vehicle will be helpful.
