Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive - Affiliate Marketing
Role and Responsibilities :
- Execute campaigns with affiliates who have signed up for our Beauty preneurship program (Foxtale's Affiliate program)
- Own the MoM revenue growth of affiliates channel by managing our affiliates seamlessly and taking them live for sale, new launches and brand awareness campaigns
- Research, identify and onboard new affiliates based on relevant niche, brand values and target demographics.
- Strategize and manage campaign deliverables and timelines to ensure successful execution
- Seamlessly execute tech, legal or finance requirements involved in taking live
- Impact Analysis : Analyze the end of campaign performance and derive actionable insights to optimize revenue generation
- Build a community of content creators to foster engagement and establish a positive relationship with the brand
- Plan and manage a content calendar for monthly creator activations
The Ideal candidate would :
- Have good communication and ability to build relationships
- Be comfortable with excel, with strong analytical skills
- Have prior experience in Affiliate/Influencer Marketing
- Have exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Preferably have worked in a fast paced startup environment with high willingness to learn.
