Role Summary :

- Reports To Zone Training Manager

- Supervises Individual contributor

Job Dimensions :

- Geographic Area Covered Specific Channel partner/s branch/s

- Stakeholders Internal Sales teams, LPC, L & C

- External Partners - Bancassurance, BROCA, Credit Life

Key Result Areas :

- Training Roadmap execution for partner branch /s and Sales teams

- Activity Management - Training, Joint Field and Sales Work for Sales Managers and Channel partners

- Persistency and Product mix management at 80%

- Self Development

- MIS and reporting on trainings and activities undertaken and outcome thereof

- Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.
