Assistant Manager - Sales - Strapping Division - Packaging (4-6 yrs)
Job Description :
1. To Achieve given Sales Budget on Month on Month.
2. To develop customers across all segments and given geographical territory.
3. To manage debtors within the stipulated time as decided by the management.
4. To identify the Channel Partners and work with them to strengthen their association with the company.
5. To further work and nurture the current Partner base.
6. To keep a tab on Competitors activities in the given territory & report to management.
7. To ensure customer Satisfaction & achieve targeted figure of CSI.
8. To Maximize Business of Strapping division. To achieve Sales Budget and ensure business development in line with the Vision of the company.
9. Should be preferably from Secondary Packaging industry (Strapping PP/PET/Steel, strapping machines, End of the line packaging systems)
10. Should be ready to travel extensively. Nearly 10- 15 days a month
