Assistant Manager - Sales - Solar Product (0-5 yrs)

Job Description : 


- Directly responsible for generating leads by direct and channel sales for solar PV systems.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Reach out to homeowners & commercial/industrial customers to generate leads of active interested prospects for Solar PV power plants.

- Conduct first level of meeting to explain everything about solar, about company and our pricing, T&Cs etc.

- Ensure thorough follow up, documentation and detailed discussions with prospective customers. To involve Sr. Manager on site in meetings that are about to be closed.

- Ensure daily reporting of # of meetings, status of those meetings and next steps. Always be ready with plan ahead for next week/month.

- Ensure continuous follow up with customers where project has been awarded to us and ensuring a healthy feedback is gathered at all times.

- Responsible for timely collection of payments from customers upon completion of milestones. Ensure that scope of project is adhered to and we deliver what we promise.

- Discuss and commit to Monthly & Quarterly Sales targets and ensure the targets are met.

- Ensure complete documentation of project lifecycle - proposal, work completion certificates, invoicing etc.

- Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments and support team members to deliver on expectations. Highlight anything that we committed beyond the scope of proposal and get it documented.

- Prepare reports on data metrics around sales and implement programs to improve results with goal of increasing both internal & external customer satisfaction.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns on ground to generate leads. Always maintain leads in correct order in database and keep the status updated for leadership review.

- Support in detailed Site Surveys, generate Techno-Commercial proposal. Take sufficient pictures at site and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.

- Regularly meet earlier customers and find ways to get more referrals from the old customers
