Assistant Manager - Sales - Real Estate (1-2 yrs)

The Profile is responsible for identifying and sourcing vacant spaces available for lease or sale, conducting site visits for clients, and coordinating with property owners to facilitate transactions. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage client relationships and navigate the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities :

Property Search :

- Utilize various channels and resources to identify vacant spaces available for lease or sale, including online listings, real estate databases, and networking with industry contacts.

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate market.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of available properties, including relevant details such as location, size, pricing, and amenities.

Client Engagement :

- Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences for property location, size, budget, and other criteria.

- Arrange and schedule site visits for clients to view potential properties, ensuring timely coordination and adherence to client schedules.

- Provide guidance and advice to clients throughout the property search process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Owner Coordination:

- Reach out to property owners or their representatives to express interest in available spaces and negotiate favorable terms for lease or sale.Coordinate with property owners to arrange site visits for clients, ensuring access to the property and addressing any logistical issues.

- Facilitate communication and negotiations between clients and property owners to finalize lease or sale agreements, including terms and conditions, rental rates, and contract details.

Documentation and Administration:

- Assist clients in preparing and reviewing lease or sale agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to facilitate the execution of lease or sale contracts, including documentation and paperwork.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions, including correspondence, contracts, and client information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry.

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property trends, pricing, and regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using real estate databases, CRM software, and other relevant tools for property research and management.

- Valid driver's license and access to transportation for conducting site visits as required.

Salary: 300000 - 450000
