Assistant Manager - Sales - Property (4-10 yrs)
Our client is one of the most profitable and largest retail chains in India. We seek Assistant Manager - Property to be based at Chennai.
Incumbent will be responsible for Acquisition of Stores in TN and Kerala states
Following are the roles and responsibilities -
1. Responsible for identification of property as per the need of the brand/s
2. Market intelligence - to understand and connect with the builders/ developers in both the states
3. Negotiation with the builders / developers
4. Conducting feasibility studies on the properties under consideration
5. Checking on the legal aspects of the property with the help of HO
6. Giving insights to the store development team on customers and markets
7. Scout for properties across TN and Kerala that fir in to brand requirements
8. Notify management in terms of risks if any in terms of stores, property, markets
9. Co ordination with marketing team for store launches
10. Monitoring RR and RPS of the store
11. Address grievances from both the parties if any
12. Addressing visibility issues if any
13. Ensuring completion of interiros as per the need
14. Ensuring all agreements are registered
15. Ensuring regulatory approvals are in place.
16. Provide inputs on seating, store designs
