Job Description:

1. Managing Face to Face Interactions (Walk-in Desk)

2. Handling complaints received from sales, collections, and location stakeholders

3. Branch stakeholder management.

4. Redressal of customer complaints/escalations received through banks and walk-in desks.

5. Responsible for providing best possible solution to end customers.

6. Identify root causes for escalations, suggest process improvements.

7. Highlight to all stakeholders on escalations received.

8. Handle walk-in customers and bank complaints, complete RCA with quality resolution

9. Ensure Wing-to-Wing Resolutions of cases are received with utmost accuracy and delivering best in class service.

10. Final Resolution to be communicated to Customer and related stakeholders.

11. Conduct Service camps at branches manned/unmanned in and around locations

12. Maintain reports / MIS / dashboards for the activities handled to monitor performance and progress

13. To be sensitive towards complaints and the stricter timelines, should coordinate with cross functions to get necessary resolution, requires follow-ups and influencing decisions.

14. Ensure completion of cases within timelines and within quality standards.

15. Handling good relationships with offices and reconciliation of complaints/queries is very critical.

16. Revenue generation through Upsell, Retention

Salary: 4.50 LPA - 8.50 LPA (For all 4 profiles)

Work Experience: The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Services (Credit Card)
