- Handling Sales & Distribution of handset phones
- Areas Handled Gurgaon, Delhi, NCR Region .
- Managing Monthly 50CR Business
- Managing regional distributors and leading a large sales team to achieve business targets
- Driving growth of value, volume and ASP in the territory
- Managing growth of Samsung share across key retail outlets
- Distributor and sales team management
- Channel expansion, increasing contribution of low value outlets and upgrading them to RCM category
- Handling New product launches across markets
- On ground promotions to increase retail footfall
- Fueling enhanced productivity in terms of volume and revenue by fostering strong business relationships with channel partners
- Managing Mobile Handset sales for a leading player in the Industry
