Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing - IT Hardware (3-13 yrs)
Role: Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing
Contributing to customer relationship management, customer retention and assisting his immediate superiors in discharge of overall responsibilities of Marketing related process i.e. smooth Scheduling adherence with the timely delivery of quality products and customer acquisition.
1. Coordination between function heads and Internal / External customer .
2. Provide all technical and commercial Support to customer (Example: Daily supply report and shortage related serivice). RFQ/RFT feedback, Supply, Reports, Daily MIS Quality, Supply, Development of customer specification etc.
3. Preparation of Cost estimated sheet (Quotation ) for customer related parts and cost settlement at customer end.
4. Account sales monitoring with respect to schedule supply payment activities.
5. Closing all Commercial issues related to Excise, Sale tax requirement, Govt. duties, Contract review, legal contracts etc.
6. Monitoring and closing loop for Payments, Rejections, C-forms, debit/Credit notes, issues for the Customer assigned.
7. Preparation of MIS and Plan for short term and longterm for Sales projections with Existing Products, New Product Development.
8. Monitoring PPM, Customer rejection, Quality Targets, SOB Targets (Part Categorywise, Customer modelwise and CSI Industry wise)
9.Monthly / Quaterly review with customer on Currency impact, RM Impact, Conversion Impact, Packing and freight cost Impact.
10. Preparation of growth plan for his area with increasing SOB or New Customer.
11. Overall responsibility and monitoring of product warranty recall, customer rejections, terms & conditions thereof.
