Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing - D2C Channel - eCommerce (2-6 yrs)

Experience - 2 Years or More. Experience in Selling on Flipkart and any Shopify website is a must.

Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for the following in his/her job role :
- Manage Marketplace and D2C channels end to end - Fulfilment, Marketing, Sales, Finance
- Responsible for sales targets and growth on all channels assigned.
- Focus on marketplace channels only and not on inventory models like Big Basket etc.
- Manage the D2C website of Chaayos and responsible for web-development and UIUX of customer
- Run marketing campaigns across all channels assigned and ensure budgets and ROIs
- Financial reporting of all numbers and reconciliations
- Social Media Marketing and Promotions handling
Requirements:
Essential :
- Previous Experience of working / selling on Flipkart and Shopify is a must. Any brand or product type segment is welcome.
- PNL understanding and business understanding of ecommerce
- Website user flow understanding and Shopify Website Builder experience
- Knowledge of running digital marketing campaigns
Desirable :
- Strong previous relations with category managers in these channels
- Physical Presence in office for working
