Job opportunity for Assistant Manager with one of the leading Manufacturing company based in Surat Gujrat location


- Work with the top management in developing strategy and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals in assigned geography.

- Conduct market analytics (product benchmarking, customer segmentation & profiling, competition landscaping, competitor sales etc.)

- Designing need-based business plans and strategies for maximising profitability and revenue generation for various commodities

- Should have an experience and knowledge of having worked and handled sales independently

- Spearheading complete business operations in the assigned region while ensuring ROI & profitability

- Implementing Marketing Plans for capturing optimum market share for company's products.

- Identifying and appointing reliable channel partners/dealers, resulting in deep market penetration

- Establish short and long term goals and strategies in regards to key clients and prospects. Develop specific action plans to achieve goals

- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.

- Collaborate with Industry experts and design campaign related material and collaterals.

- Generation of MIS reports for facilitating decision-making by top management.

Required Skills :

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

- Must have ability to travel throughout the sales region.

- Must have the drive and self-discipline to work independently within territory to accomplish goals

- Expert level written and verbal communication skills

- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

- Foster a collaborative, team-based approach.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

- Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
