We are currently having an opening for the below :

Position : Sales Asst Manager (Pan India candidates Candidate should have knowledge of Pharma Packaging product that we deal in like PET Bottles, Applicators, Caps, Closures, Measuring cups, spoons, glass dropper, flip off seals, rubber stopper, rubber wads etc)

Location : Mumbai - Andheri, also visiting vasai factory twice in week for reporting or depends upon call

Qualification: Any Graduate Diploma or Degree.

Experience: 10-12 years experience.

Salary: 6,00,000-9,00,000

Job Profile :

- We are looking for a candidate to shape our sales of the organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and building out a team. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head to head opportunities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge about Pharma packaging industry & products.

- Develop plans and strategies for developing new business and achieving the company's sales goals.

- Locate opportunities to expand client base.

- Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to bring their business to the company.

- Meets with existing clients to discuss a company's products and services.

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

- Works to foster lasting relationships with client base.

- Handle Customer complaints & maintain the document of the same.

- Follow up with customers for payments.

- Sets specific quarterly or annual sales goals.

- Draws up sales activity reports.

- Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met.

- Managing & Leading Sales Team & Overseeing their activity.

- Managing individual and team quotas.

- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required

- Presents information regarding clients and sales at company meetings.

- Devises new and innovative ways to market products and services.

- Attend Exhibitions & Conferences.

- Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team.

- Assists in designing marketing and promotional materials both in print and online.

- Conducts independent research into target consumer base.

- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.

- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.

Company Profile :

We are manufacturers of plastic medicine containers spoons plastic measuring cups plastic eye ear droppers etc. We manufacture our products using Hi-tech Moulds and best quality raw materials. As per the GMP standards we manufacture our products using Clean Room technique to ensure our products are dust free. As per customer requirements we also supply products which are Eto Sterilised and irradiated with gamma radiation to ensure the products are free of micro-organisms during production or packing process. Our products go through stringent checking during online in process and finished product considering the set GMP standards.
