Key Responsibilities :

1. You will be responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition by identifying, appointing & communicating with channel partners & resellers, who sell our products. You are results-driven, and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team

2. Responsible for growth of the following in the assigned region :

- New Customer Acquisition

- Active Channel Partners

- Active Resellers

- Sales Per Active Partner/Reseller

3. Channel Development - Training, marketing & sales support for partners & their team

4. Acquire detailed product knowledge and ability to give detailed product demo

5. Execute the sales promotion activities for the assigned area

6. Daily reporting of performance parameters

7. Cover multiple cities as part of the assigned region, hence traveling will be required

What we are looking for ?

1. Strong Sales/Channel Partner Management Profiles

2. Mandatory - Must have 1+ YOE in Channel Partner Management or Channel Sales

3. Highly Pref - Team Management Experience

4. Target Company (Mandatory) - IT Software/Hardware, Product, Telecommunication or FMCG Company Only

5. Mandatory - Must have done MBA / Post Graduation only

6. Mandatory - Candidate must be from Gujarat

Requirements :

- 1 - 5 years (Ideal 2 to 4) post qualification, in sales, preferably channel management

- Preferred Industry experience - Software / Hardware / Consumer Durable / Telecom

- Good verbal & written communication skills

- Ability to understand the business & requirements of the customers

- Working experience with SME businesses

- High achievement orientation. Takes full ownership of activities and outcomes

- Should have been graduated in MBA/PG

- Should have B. Tech/B.Com/BBA - equiv.
