Assistant Manager - Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
- Responsible for agent recruitment and agent training.
- Develop various sources of agent hiring and Team building.
- Ensure the product Life insurance is passed to agents through training.
- Achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Target.
- The company has a product mix sales ratio which has to be followed.
Candidate Requirement :
- Experience: Min 2-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fieldwork
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA+ Incentives+ Other Benefits
- The candidate must be local of the same city
