Assistant Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age: 21 to 35 years
- Education: Any Graduation
