Job Role :
- 80% Leads will be provided & 20% leads to be generated from natural market or references.
- Calling the lead and trying to fix meetings with the existing customers.
- Providing policy related services and try to up sale New products
- Presenting Insurance products to them as per their requirements closing deals.
- Cross-sell/upsell products.
- Crazy Incentives After The Target Is Been Achieved.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Having sales and marketing experience
- Insurance sales will be an advantage
