Our client is a leading International group of 5 Star Hotels & resorts in Goa.

Designation : Assistant Sales Manager

Location : Goa

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Candidates with a High school diploma will also be preferred.

Requirements :

- Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Assistant, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.

- Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.

- Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

- Excellent ability to make a timely decision.

- Good sales and people skills.

Job Description :

- Clear understanding of the hotel business strategies and the set goals to determine action plans to meet the goals

- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales

- Conduct daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotel by corporate clients

- Work closely with revenue manager to ensure proposed rate, negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotel

- Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in development of the account and to access the effectiveness and sales skills of the sales person

- Builds and strengthens relationship with existing and new customer to enable future bookings

- Acquire and develop new business accounts and prepare sales proposals for clients
