Who are we specifically looking for?

- If you are around 30 yrs or younger.

- Ability to be a playing captain as the team and business grows.

-Understanding of health insurance.

- Prior sales experience will be an added advantage.


- We are a small, early growth company aspiring to be the fastest growing insurtech broker, therefore you need to be a self-starter and someone who will help us craft the playbook as you go along.

Requirements :

- You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales from prospecting to closure for Group health insurance business.

- Experience of inside sales will be a big plus.

- Our target segment includes technology startups, and high growth companies and the role involves understanding of the space to be able to create value proposition for their business.

You Will :

- In this role, you will demonstrate and help the SMB customer purchase the right health insurance for their business.

- Ensure all leads are reached out in timely fashion.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both inbound and existing prospects for your business.

- Do the initial pricing of the product through the tools available.

- Completely own business metrics - leads, customer acquisition targets, and revenue per customer

- Reporting Lead funnel, warm leads, call reports and feedbacks on shared location CRM.

- Technology familiarity and ability to use latest tools.
