Assistant Manager - Sales - FMCG (1-5 yrs)
JD for Asst Manager Sales
- Responsible for sales of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
- Responsible for Horeca and Institutional Sales
- Ensuring coverage, distribution and visibility of all our brands as per company objectives
- Focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve / exceed defined sales targets.
- Collection of payments with orders & timely execution of follow-ups with distributors/direct account.
- Data management and reporting as per guidelines.
- Training and development of all sales officers in the assigned area.
- Managing the commercial control on distributors ( receivables, claims etc) and direct customers
- Responsible for Relationship Building & Coordination with dealers, distributors & retailers etc.
Education: Any Degree
Work Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Work Days: 6days/week
Communication: Good Command over English & Hindi
