Roles & Responsibilities :

- Define and manage the Product Strategy and roadmap.

- Develop market strategies to gain share and achieve top and bottom line targets for the product.

- Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development.

- Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel.

- Monitor competition various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, etc.

- Manages the product portfolio as assigned, both strategic and operational oversight.

- Oversees the development and maintenance of the fact base for assigned products including competitive intelligence.

- Target new customers / new industries for sale of existing and new products.

Qualification : B.Sc/B.E/PG/MBA or any graduation Sales/Marketing.

Experience : 4 to 8 years of experience in product management in Oil & Lubricants space of chemical industry
