Job Description :

- The Role of the position is to do Relationship Building, Business Development, sales and Marketing to assigned key accounts of companies Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) of the Company.

- The person will be reporting to the Sales Head/Manager of the Manufacturing Business Unit.

- Responsible for Relationship Building, Business Development with assigned Key Accounts.

- Effectively handle the assigned key Accounts/customers through consultative selling of products and deep knowledge of applications and customer process.

- Strategize and plan for Sales, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability.

- Conduct effective and accurate market research, competitors' analysis and apply this information to increase sales.

- Proposal and Estimation for a RFQ's and Sales proposals.

- Ensure payment collection and regular follow-up on outstanding reminder dues from customers.

- Conduct regular meeting with the Key accounts/partners to discuss target status, project status/information etc.

- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.

- To interact with Customers and Principals and potential partners for pre and post project activities.

Key skills :

- Shall have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

- Shall have a flair for networking, meeting new people, relationship building and establishing an instant rapport with the clients.

- Shall be dynamic, assertive and aggressive, result oriented and have ability to work independently.

- Self-motivator and shall be able to take team along with him.

- Shall have understanding manufacturing/assembly/packaging process for various skids and rotating equipment's like pumps/compressors etc.

- Excellent written and Verbal Communication.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills (OLQ).

- Shall be proactive, good at planning, execution and motivating people.

- Shall be the believer and practitioner of Respect, Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Customer Centricity and Ownership (Respect EPIC Ownership).
