Assistant Manager - Sales - Employee Background Verification Firm (3-5 yrs)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- New Acquisition (Sales), meet quarterly Sales Target with Revenue Increment as the sole target.

- Generate leads (or use existing one) for month-on-month Sales Pipeline.

- Existing pipeline adds to the advantage.

- Identify key decision makers with target audience.

As an Individual Contributor, drive the Sales and Brand Name of the Organization in targeted geography as the Region Leader

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities : 


- 5+ years of overall experience in Sales.

- At least 3+ years of experience in Employee Background Verification Sales

- Successful achievement in Revenue Generation while working in Individual capacity.

- Knowledge of Rfx.

- Thorough knowledge of the Employee Background Verification industry, its operational working, use of technology in operations, competitors, etc.

- Strategic knowledge about the companies to be targeted for Employee

- Background Verification with regards to their hiring trends, annual number of hires, attrition rate, etc., especially in the BFSI, IT/ITES, Logistics and Technology Driven companies

- Post-Graduate/Graduate from any discipline

- Good command in spoken and written English
