Assistant Manager - Sales - EduTech (3-5 yrs)
Experience in sales of 3-4 years and of managing a sales team for 1-2 years.
- A team leader who can maintain positive work environment for the team.
- Demonstrable experience of keeping the team on track, effective monitoring and motivating the team to meet targets.
- Hands-on leader who can doesn't hesitate in personally reaching out to clients her/himself and set an example for the team.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing teams to understand the funnel and lead cycles.
- Able to learn about different streams on the job for a large product portfolio.
- Should be fluent in English and Kannada. Understanding Hindi as well will be an added advantage.
Location : Remote. Preferred location post March 2021: Bangalore.
Payscale depends on expertise and experience.
