Assistant Manager - Sales - Education (4-5 yrs)
All business development activities in your location. You will also be responsible for running the location as a profit centre, which means that you shall be responsible for revenue generation. You will recruit and drive a motivated sales team so as to effectively service Onboarded colleges & schools and ensure that general insurance is processed within the defined turnaround time.
- You shall be responsible for servicing all the customer requirements and build a long-lasting relationship with them.
- Making avenues for new & Existing School & colleges for tie ups
- Managing and facilitating the existing channel for new and better output of Business
- Training the team or the staff regarding product development
- Making presentations and organizing events in educational institutes
- Regular visits to the Schools & colleges to ensuring sufficient leads generation
- Timely resolving queries or escalations pertaining to general insurance
