Assistant Manager - Sales ( K12 Schools Segment ) @ Gurgaon, India
Our client is an IT Company developing products and technology solutions for school segment and they would like to fill-up following position asap.
Position : Assistant Manager - Sales ( K12 Schools Segment )
Location : Gurgaon
Education : UG/ MBA ( Preferred )
Experience : 3 - 7 years
Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience
Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :
1. Candidate will be responsible for understanding the current solution in depth so as to introduce and explain it to prospective clients. Using current professional relationships to approach and convert new clients. Sales calls (cold calls as well as follow ups) to prospective clients. Account Management of current and new clients. Digital Marketing through Social Media and other channels. Design and Development of Marketing Media like brochures/handouts in collaboration with the creative agencies. Work on Marketing strategies to achieve the target in different programs based on local conditions. Product Training and coordination with the existing customers.
2. Should be an MBA in Sales/Marketing ( preferred ), however, that is not a pre-requisite. Good written and verbal communication skills are a must. Experience in doing sales for Education domain (3 - 7 years) for software solutions in specifically K12 schools is a mandatory requirement. Relationships and Channel setups with decision makers in Education domain specifically K12 schools is a mandatory requirement. Completely Hands-on right from field tasks to management meetings.
