Job Title : Assistant Manager Sales Professional - Aluminium windows and doors Industry / Building Material Industry.

Job Summary :

- As a Sales Professional in the building material industry, you will be responsible for driving sales of building materials to contractors, architects, developers, and other relevant stakeholders. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, establish and maintain relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities within the industry. This role requires strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to sales.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the building material industry.

2. Identify and target potential clients, including contractors, architects, developers, and construction companies, to promote products and services.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the features and benefits of building materials.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to address customer needs and improve overall sales effectiveness.

7. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.

8. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on a regular basis.

9. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote products.

10. Continuously seek feedback from clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences, and incorporate insights into sales strategies.

Requirements :

1. Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Civil, Business Administration, Marketing, or aluminium windows related field.

2. Proven track record of success in sales within the building material industry, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience.

3. Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry trends.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

6. Willingness to travel 10-12 days in month to meet clients and attend industry events.

8. Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
