Assistant Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
An Assistant Sales Manager is a sales professional specializing in selling Investment products.
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Assess client's needs and present suitable Investment products
- Provide product information to customers and insist them to buy
- Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
- Build positive trust relationships to influence the targeted group in the decision-making process
- Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
- Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
Assistant Sales Manager's Qualification Required :
- Qualification: Any Graduation degree
- Previous work experience in Sales and Marketing in any sectors
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
