Assistant Manager - Sales - BFS (0-3 yrs)
- We re looking for an Assistant Sales Manager who is passionate about sales and is looking for an opportunity to grow their career. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for working with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, oversee sales operations, and manage a team of sales representatives. If you are a go-getter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Self-sourcing current account and saving account in open market
- Sets sales targets for team and individual sellers
- Responsible for understanding the needs of prospective customers.
- Receives annual sales goals from executives, implements them accordingly, and regularly reviews sales figures
- Ensures field sales team meets said sales objectives
- Holds regular team meetings to share expectations, ideas, and best practices and reviews performance
Requirements :
- Graduation In any Field.
- 6 Months to 3 Years experience in field Sales.
- Computer Skills and digital knowledge
- Good network in the market
- Faster learning ability and passion for sales.
- Should be local Candidate.
