Assistant Manager - Sales - BFS (0-2 yrs)

- The Assistant Sales Manager will also be involved in market analysis, growth opportunity identification, and sales forecasting. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills are needed for this position, along with a thorough understanding of sales concepts and strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist the sales manager in creating and putting into practice sales strategies to hit sales goals.

- Assist in leading the sales team by offering direction, instruction, and inspiration to meet both individual and group objectives.

- Work together with the sales manager to establish sales goals and track the performance of the sales team.

- To maintain efficient sales operations, work in concert with internal teams from marketing, product development, and customer service.

- Assist in the execution of market research to determine consumer demands, industry trends, and competitor analysis.

- Assist in creating and delivering contracts, proposals, and sales presentations to prospective customers.

- Assist in anticipating sales goals and creating plans to meet and surpass them.

- Assist in prompt and acceptable resolution of client complaints or difficulties.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- A baccalaureate degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar subject.

- Demonstrated sales or sales support experience, especially in a related field.

- Thorough familiarity with the ideas, methods, and best practices of sales.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Effective team management and leadership skills.

- The capacity to evaluate market trends and sales data in order to make strategic judgements.

- Results-driven with a history of surpassing or meeting sales goals.

- Strong presenting and bargaining abilities.

- The capacity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace.

- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and business events.
