Position to be hired : Assistant Manager Banquet Sales

Job description :

- Responsible for driving set revenue targets and timely collections within credit period.

- Ensuring monthly, quarterly and yearly annual revenue goals are achieved/ exceeded at every centre in the region and via all the channels i.e. Institutional Sales, Alliances and B2B.

- Identifying new opportunities and responsible for overall business development.

- Responsible for augmenting sales that includes Convention, Banquets, Group Bookings and Event including Games and F&B.

- Responsible for converting leads into business.

- Responsible for making sure the team @ center/region sell all facets of the business.

- Proactively map the market and competition in your region to build a solid sales pipeline

- Work closely with the members of the Operations team to ensure the most effective use of resource is upheld to meet targets and objectives across sales.

- Build key relationships and secure deals for the Smaaash network through targeted relationship building and networking.

- Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities of Smaaash services and products.

- Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans for your region.

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping up with current supply and demand, changing trends and competitors.

- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition.

- Responsible for maintaining & growing sales team by training, counseling, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
