Assistant Manager - Sales - Banks (1-4 yrs)

The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company. Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts. He/she should have a strong understanding of the product, technology, and customer needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Seek appointments and meet Bankers (Managers, Senior Managers, Chief Managers, AGM, DGM & Above) / FI's / NBFC's etc and explain Rubix Offerings).

- Ability to strongly negotiate and close deals.

- Make presentations and give demo of the product suite.

- Should be able to identify opportunities by analysing Customer needs and propose solutions for overall business enhancement.

- Build rapport with Banks / Channel Partners and maintain relationships with Key personnel.

- Share Daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly business updates & achievements across products and segments to the Senior Management.

- Regular reporting to the Management.

- Liaison directly with the product team in case of any custom-made solutions for customers.

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE :

- 1 - 4 years of Sales experience

- Comfortable talking to GM- s, CXO's and above

- Experience in selling products to Banks & NBFC's.
