Assistant Manager - Sales - Bank (2-6 yrs)
Assistant Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branches
Roles & Responsibility :
- Team of Sales Managers will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their own social and professional networks.
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team.
- Identify and recruit potential Insurance Advisors
- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long-term connect between the agents and the company.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.
Candidate Profile :
- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
- Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2 years of Any Field Sales
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
- Good communication skill
