EXPERIENCE:

- Candidate should have at least 3- 4 years of experience in AV Partner Sales

- Exposure in Product Presentation to B2B enterprise customer in the Delhi/NCR market

- Exposure of handling AVSI Owners, Sales & Design Team

- Skills, experience & knowledge of modern business methods and controls.

Responsibilities :

- Set up meetings with potential partners and listen to their requirements and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

- Create frequent reviews and reports with Partner sales team

- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Ownership of complete sales cycle from prospecting to collections

Requirements and skills:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role

- Proficiency in English

- A problem solver

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

- MBA In Sales and Marketing a preference
