Assistant Manager - Sales - Automation Component (6-11 yrs)

Job Description :

Our client is a leading MNC with primary business in the manufacture and sale of automation components, equipment and systems and medical equipment. It functions as a partner to help innovate worldwide manufacturing through expertise in sensing and control technology and also enable manufacturers to operate with greater productivity and streamlined efficiency. They believe and stand for making innovation happen. One of their division manufactures Machine & Motion Controllers, Integrated Controller-Amplifiers, Development / Communication / HMI Software, and CNC Systems

As Assistant Manager - Sales you are responsible to :

- Focus on capturing and analysing the PB & Infra Industry trends to foster the Sales within speculated time period.

- To deliver long term Business Strategy with the entire range of Org Products & its solutions in order to penetrate the Karnataka market to leverage Organisation strength.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Responsible to foster the Panel Builder & Infra Sales (rate of 20%YOY) and maximise revenues

2) Efficient key Account Management & Channel Management

3) Responsible to identify new customers and maintain strong relationship with the same and the existing customers and to ensure IHS (In-House Share %) of existing customers grows year on year.

4) Responsible to monitor and drive channel partner engineers to generate sales and increase Organisation Foot Print in the market.

5) Responsible for generating business from Government sectors like BHEL / ISRO / BEL

6) Responsible for generating business from all EPC contractors & general Panel Builders.

7) Responsible to implement and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the Business Sales forecast.

8) Responsible to conduct Seminars/ Demos/ Road shows at Customers site as per the requirements.

9) Establish good relations with consultants to promote organisation products.

10) Build Positive Relationship with other Departments to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customers expectations.

11) Develop & Maintain Good relationship with internal & external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have prior experience of industrial automation sales in Panel Builder (PLC) & Infra segment

- Excellent Sales skills

- Ability to work under pressure, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
