- We have urgent requirement of Assistant Sales Manager Under Agency Vertical for below mentioned locations of Maharashtra.
Location : Mumbai, Pune, Nagur, Nashik
Roles and responsibility :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Provide Guidance to agent for achieve targets.
- Generate leads from open market.
- Build and maintain relationship with customer
- Develop team member for more business
- Joint field work along with Agency partners and advisors to source insurance policy
Candidate profile :
- Graduation in any stream
- Experience : 1 to 2 years in sales & marketing
- Local candidate required
- Good communication skill
- Presentation skill
- Age : 21 to 38
- One who loves the challenge of chasing and meeting sales targets
- Employment : Full time
