Assistant Manager - Sales (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for a talented and competitive Assistant Manager Sales, who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. S/he must be a pro at connecting with /meeting C-level / key decision makers on regular basis, being responsible for generating new business relationships and meeting targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing the sales targets closely under high pressure.

- Full responsibility of sales cycle from Lead generation to closure including timely payment collection.

- Create a pipeline and drive revenue through building strong relationships with CXOs in the identified industry segments.

- Work strategically to prospect and win new business accounts through lead generation to securing memberships.

- Develop a target list of high potential new customers.

- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

SKILLS:

- A go-getter; target and result oriented.

- Should have connects with Corporates within the region.

- Should be ready to travel within the assigned region.

- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, along with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence.

- Good persuasive skills and relationship management.

- Ability to make focused efforts to close deals.

- Meticulous at follow through.

- Savvy with CRM tools.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
