Job Description:

1. Managing the store as a profit unit by achieving the store target & handling stock & delivery

2. Ensuring availability of updated price list, at all times

3. Ensure inventory is restocked on time

4. Evaluate competitor trends being used like strategies, pricing, products etc

5. Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies

6. Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods

7. Overseeing security & safety of stock, cash & infrastructure / all items in charge / on inventory of the respective store

8. Maintains knowledge of new vendors and products by attending workshops and events

9. Ensuring proper & well organized storage under well maintained housekeeping, safety and security at all times

10. Solving customer queries and does activities to know their feedback.

11. Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;

a. Daily feedback to HOD on same

12. Display of Merchandise: - Prominent Display of all the products, with right pattern or theme

13. Branding & Marketing

14. Inventory Management - Undertaking stocks & sales analysis entailing replenishments, optimal stock keeping & analyzing stock cover reports

15. Maintain business relationships with Gym Trainers, Gym Owners & clients

16. Train staff with usage and sales of nutritional supplements, fitness accessories and other products

17. Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers

Requirement:

1. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.

2. Desired a pleasing personality with focus on customer care.

3. Ability to convince & influence people.

4. Should be a go-getter and a reliable person.

5. Any Graduate with PG/Diploma in Retail Management.

6. Experience in nutrition & fitness is mandatory

7. Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.

Salary : INR 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
